Job Title: BMC Remedy ITSM - Senior Consultant - Köln Germany

Senior Consultant, Product Expert for BMC Remedy ITSM - Köln Germany - Permanent Role

The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in the Architecture and deployment of the Remedy ITSM suite, specifically Services Desk, Change Management and Asset systems. Knowledge of Change Management processes and experience working with CMDB's are essential.

Responsibilities will include performing analysis, gap analysis, business process review, solution design, system implementation, tailoring, user training, and Product best practice utilization consulting.

The consultant will be responsible for supporting our clients install and / or upgrade post go-live.

We are looking for consultants with experience in supporting large scale installations, can relate well with clients, and work well with our implementation team members.

Experience with v7.5 very favorable

Must be EU Citizen or authorised to work in this country, my client will not consider sponsourship.
