We are looking for 2-3 strong candidates with following skills

Technical background with one of the BMC product areas  – ITSM/Remedy, Bladelogic/AO, BPM/BEM-SIM

Good understanding of BSM vision, concept

Client facing skills – communication/presentation, understanding customer requirements, ability to do client environment assessment, process audits, conducting workshops etc

Process orientation – IT operations process (ITIL certifications)

Experience – at least 10+ with 4+ years in USA/UK on customer sites with project implementation experience

These positions are based in India, senior level involving lot of travel to customer sites all over the world.
